These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Micheto's Kitchen website and services. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Micheto's Kitchen provides premium African cuisine catering, weekend food bowls, and private chef services across Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai, UAE. All orders and bookings are finalized exclusively via WhatsApp communication with our team.

2. Order Policy

• Standard Orders: 1–2 hour delivery for ready-available menu items.
• Bulk Orders & Customization: A minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is required.
• Event Catering & Private Chef: Booking lead times are discussed and confirmed via WhatsApp. For large events (50+ guests), we recommend contacting us at least 1 week in advance.
• Pricing: All prices are bespoke and quoted based on order size, customization, and service type. Prices confirmed via WhatsApp only.

3. Delivery

We currently deliver within Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai. Delivery outside these zones may be available by special arrangement — contact us via WhatsApp to enquire. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic and order volume.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are agreed upon at the time of booking via WhatsApp. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/event may receive a partial or full refund at our discretion.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable as ingredients and preparation may have commenced.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

5. AI Chatbot

Our website features an AI-powered chatbot ("Micheto's AI Assistant") powered by Google's Gemini AI service. While we configure this assistant with accurate information, AI responses may occasionally be imprecise. The chatbot is for informational purposes only. All orders and confirmed bookings must be made directly via WhatsApp with our team. We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on chatbot responses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and branding, is the property of Micheto's Kitchen unless otherwise stated. Images from Unsplash are used under Unsplash's license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Micheto's Kitchen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers with food allergies or strict dietary requirements must inform us explicitly via WhatsApp before placing an order. While we take allergen information seriously, our kitchen handles various ingredients and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. We accept no liability for allergic reactions where we were not properly informed.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or AI chatbot to:

• Submit false or misleading inquiries
• Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak our AI assistant
• Conduct automated scraping or bot-driven requests
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the service

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
